You have within you many resources that you may not yet be aware of.

A sense of wellbeing, there is no confusing it with any other feeling.
The definition of bliss:
Perfect happiness; great joy.
Joy, pleasure, delight, happiness, gladness, ecstasy, elation, rapture, eurphoria, heaven, paradise, seventh heaven, cloud nine, utopia, Eden, Arcadia
Reaching a state of perfect happiness, oblivious of everything else.
So begin today to look at your life. What lights you up inside, what contributes to your bliss? Begin to incorporate more of that into your life.
